2023 EMMAUS MINISTRY
VIRTUAL
MONTHLY MIDWEEK GATHERING RETREATS

For any grieving parent, whose child of any age
has died by any cause, no matter how long ago

Wednesday Evenings
8:00pm-9:00pm ET via Zoom

In July of 2022, the Emmaus Ministry for Grieving Parents began offering ongoing, monthly spiritual support through Virtual One-Hour Midweek Gathering Retreats. The response has been very positive.  Already, many parents depend on them for monthly support.  Others join us when they need it most.  And still others join us to try the Emmaus Ministry for the first time to see what we are all about.
If you would like to enhance–or introduce–Emmaus Ministry programs
to grieving parents in your diocese,
here is an easy, no-cost, very-little-time, alternative.
Also available in Spanish!

These One-Hour Midweek Gathering Retreats include…

  • Opening Prayer (we provide)
  • 20-30 minute reflection on the spirituality of the grieving process by a spiritual leader and/or parent witness  (you provide)
  • 10-20 minute optional participant sharing (you moderate)
  • Closing Prayer (we provide)
  • Anything else you would like to add (e.g. music)

Parents register via our website.
Participants join via your Zoom link.
Together we promote this event.
You moderate the retreat.
Parents all over the U.S. find peace and comfort.
